•Missing Items: If any items were missing from your order.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for food that has been consumed, unless there was a clear issue with quality or an error on our part.

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Order Cancellations
•Before Preparation: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before your order has been prepared. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
•After Preparation: If your order has already been prepared, we cannot offer a refund, but you may still contact us to discuss any concerns.
5. Changes to Orders
If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating delivery details or modifying items, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order is already being prepared.
6. Special Promotions and Discounts
Refunds on orders placed using promotional codes, discounts, or special offers will be based on the amount paid after the discount is applied. We cannot refund the value of the promotional code or discount.
